Advanced Web Host Billing System ( AWBS) has released in their latest version 2.3.2 the new VariLogiX FraudCall module that gives their users an additional fraud prevention mechanism to help combat online fraudulent orders. AWBS is one of the first partners to integrate the new 3.0 telephone verification service which allows their users to experience the full resources of this new FraudCall 3.0 version.

WHM Complete Solutions (WHMCS) partners with VariLogiX to provide the new FraudCall Version 3.0 module into their WHMCS billing software. Plans are underway to have full integration by Q1 2007. A beta release for current customers of WHMCS is scheduled to be released before the end of the year 2006.

VariLogiX Releases FraudCall Version 3, Service Enhancements

DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (11/6/06) - VariLogiX (http://www.varilogix.com), a leading provider of point-of-sale e-commerce telephony fraud prevention services, announced today it has released FraudCall Version 3, the most significant upgrade to the flagship product since it was initially released in 2004.

The new version, which has been in development for over a year, offers an array of new features, such as enhanced text-to-speech or speech-to-text functionality and a more attractive pricing structure for businesses of all sizes. FraudCall Version 3 also allows for greater customization of call handling data and the content of placed calls—now configurable within the new VariLogiX Client Control panel, or VCC.

“We have worked tirelessly in the past months to develop an upgrade for FraudCall that not only builds upon the strengths of previous versions, but that also introduces several new technologies that our customers are looking for,” said VariLogiX President James Ryan. “I’m confident this software does just that.”

Detailed Call logs, a Manual Call Center, and Enhanced Automated Whitelists and Blacklists are also included in the upgrade. Live Agent Connect, which allows customers to connect directly to the merchant should they have any issues during verification calls, has also been introduced as a major enhancement.  A new Help and Support system has been included in the VariLogiX Control Center to allow for quicker resolution of integration and usage problems.

“The recurring themes throughout Version 3 are flexibility and usability, and I look forward to our customers enjoying the design and structure of the new interface,” said Ryan. 

Four new service plans were introduced in Version 3, allowing users to subscribe to only the features they require.

In addition to merchant and end-user improvements, FraudCall Version 3 also features upgrades for developers, said Eric Coleman, VariLogiX lead developer. The new version features a completely rewritten Application Programming Interface, or API. Additionally, two new Software Developer Kits (SDKs) will be available for PHP 4 and PHP 5 allowing for more rapid integration of FraudCall.

VariLogiX has released the new version 3.0 of the new FraduCall service for beta testing, we will be taking comments and bug reports from our private lable customers to futher enhance the service, the major release for pulic release is to be determined at a later date once the initial beta phase is complete.
