  • Call Tuner
    The Call Tuner allows you to adjust several aspects of the FraudCall service.
    • Results of the call sent back to your billing software or shopping cart.
    • Require Voice Signature after an approved call
    • Enable/Disable types of phone lines to be called, Land Line, VoIP, Cell and International Cell.

  • Live Agent Connect*
    This feature allows you to set a telephone number in the VCC and have the FraudCall system connect your customer live to one of your sales agents to assist them with the verification of the order. This setting can be scheduled to turn on/off during your support hours.

  • 866 Call Return*
    Call return is a toll free number that is set as the caller id number that is displayed to the called party, if the call was placed to someone who did not place the order, they can call the toll free number and hear a pre-recorded message for why they received the FraudCall, no other information is provided to the called party.

  • Text to Speech
    The sophisticated Speech System from VariLogiX will speak your product names to your customers during the call; any text that is sent from your software application will be processed and converted into speech, Including Domain Names and Products or Service Names.

  • Speech to Text
    During the call your customers can speak the verification code into their telephone and the FraudCall system will convert the speech into text and match this up with the verification code and determine the results.

  • Integrated Call Incident Reporting
    The new VCC includes integrated reporting feature which allows you to report a call at the click of a button with minimal interaction.  Click report in the call logs, add your comments and let us handle the rest.

  • Integrated Support Desk
    Directly from the VCC you can submit a support request as well as view open/closed tickets.

  • Manual Call Center
    The manual call center allows you to place calls manually to your customer through the VCC

  • Integrated Manual Calling
    Did you have an order that was declined? No problem the manual call center now saves this data and allows you one click access to populate the manual call center and recall the customer.

  • Line Type Detection
    Fraudcall can now detect the line type of the telephone number that your client is using for the verification call, FraudCall can detect Lanlines, Cell Phones, VoIP Phones in North America and Limited Overseas Countries.

  • Automated and Manual Deposit Billing
    With Automated Billing we will process your credit card when you call credit balance reaches a pre set refill amount or you can login at anytime and make a call credit deposit.

  • Low Credit Balance Notification
    Our automated system will send out notifications when your balance reaches a low balance set by you

  • Detailed Call Status Reports
    FraudCall will send you a detailed report of every call that is processed through the system, Accepted, Declined.

  • Downloadable Call Report Statistics
    You can download and save call reports by HTML or an Excel Spreadsheet format for the month.

  • Approved Number Lists
    Through the VCC you can turn on the Approve list features, The Approve list allows you to enter manually a list of numbers that are currently in your billing software. and attach a comment to each. These are numbers that are current clients that would not need a verification call since they are your current customers and have already been approved by you. You also have the option to turn on the automated approval feature which will place each approved call on the white list so that the FraudCall system does not need to call your customers for subsequent orders. Enhanced features include a smarter UI,  the ability to search the number lists to find numbers quickly and even add numbers with a specific comment.

  • Deny Number List
    Much like the Approve Number List the Deny List feature allow you to enter known fraudulent numbers such as numbers that are repeat fraudulent users.
    You also have the option of turning on the auto deny list to automatically deny clients who have previously declined the call.

  • Company Name Tuner
    From within the VCC you can enter your company name in a text field, then call our integrated service wizard to hear how your name will be pronounced during the call to your customers

  • Custom Call ID Broadcast
    The VariLogiX system will broadcast your telephone number (and company name**) to your Customers Caller ID during the FraudCall.

  • Voice Signature with Download
    Have your client leave a verifiable voice signature at the end of each call, once the client have approved the order you can login to the VCC and listen and download the voice verification, with version 3.0 we have also added the ability for you to require a voice verification in order to complete the order verification. This is a setting that you can configure from within the VCC.

  • Saved Products and Pricing
    Products and Pricing for up to 5 recent products are saved in the manual call center for future manual calls to your customers which makes placing manual calls twice as fast, simply enter your customers name and phone number and choose the product from the drop down and click place call.

  • Extension Dialing
    Never loose another sale because your customers are business customers, When your customers use an automated PBX style system our FraudCall system will now dial the extension of the customer.

  • Message Extra
    Have more to say to your customers? With announcement messages you can now provide an approved transaction either a text to speech message or you can custom record your own message to be played to the customer at the end of the call. Give them additional information regarding their order such as support hours, telephone numbers or additional products and services you offer. The sky is the limit with announcement messages.
