The basic service provides a means for authorization without the additional features such as company name announced during the call, product type, date or customers name.

FraudCall Standard is our main service base package without all the additional feature add-on's.
With this package you can add on any additional service feature you need and also enjoy the lower call pricing benefits.

FraudCall Advanced adds a few additional features such as AFIS Basic, additional call status reports and the 866 toll free number return service.

FraudCall Pro is our ultimate package, this package provides every service we offer under one plan at one convenient price.

The standard, Advanced packages are also up gradable to any other package, you can also mix and match add-on features as you wish

If your not receiving enough orders to justify our monthly package plan or have an inexpensive product, you may want to check into our Approved Call Only Plan where you only pay for approved orders, this plan does not have as many features and has a higher per approved call price but still provides an excellent option to reduce fraudulent transactions.
